APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS CONCERNING SPECIALTY SERVICES UNDERTAKINGS
|
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1995-159 entitled "Amendment to the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987" dated 26 September 1995, the Commission has received applications from the following specialty services programming undertakings to amend their broadcasting licence by adding a condition of licence permitting them, during Canadian election periods, to exclude partisan political advertising from their calculations of the amount of advertising they broadcast.
