Transfer of control

|
Consistent with the procedures outlined in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 dated 2 November 1992 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", the Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A95-0155 dated 8 December 1995, the transfer of control of CHEZ-FM Inc., licensee of radio programming undertakings CHEZ-FM Ottawa and CFMO-FM and CJET Smiths Falls, through the transfer of 34,000 of the issued and outstanding common A shares of CHEZ-FM Inc., from Harvey Glatt to 1146418 Ontario Inc., which is wholly owned by Harvey Glatt.
