POLICY ON VIOLENCE IN TELEVISION PROGRAMMING

The Commission has received the following applications:

(Cancom) to amend the broadcasting licence of the multiple channel television and radio broadcasting (relay) distribution undertaking, by adding the signals of CFTU-TV and CTEQ Montréal, Quebec, to the list of signals that it is authorized to distribute and to the list of "Part II Eligible Satelllite Services" (Part II list) and the list of "Part III Eligible Canadian Satellite Services" (Part III Canadian list).

· a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
|
|
· the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
