POLICY ON VIOLENCE IN TELEVISION PROGRAMMING
The Commission has received the following application:
WESTERN CANADA AND TERRITORIES REGION
1. K ITWANGA, British Columbia
Application (951430800) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFPR Prince Rupert, British Columbia, by adding a transmitter at Kitwanga operating on a frequency of 94.3 MHz (channel 232A1) with an effective radiated power of 186 watts.
Subject to the approval of this application, the Corporation undertakes to turn off the AM transmitter CBKK within twelve months following start of operation of the proposed transmitter.

-  a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
-  the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
