Change in ownership

The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0016 dated 6 February 1996, a change in ownership of Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc. (Kawartha), licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Ennismore and surrounding areas, where Mr. William Axworthy, the principal shareholder, has transferred one common share to Mr. David S. Saxe. Following the transfer, Kawarthat will be equally owned by Messrs. Axworthy and Saxe.
