The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0014 dated 6 February 1996, the transfer of control of Communi-câble inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Lachute and Brownsburg, through the transfer of the shares held by Maxi Transvision inc., Daniel Gosselin and Suzanne Roberge to Laurentien Cable TV inc.
