Application (199612180) by WESTMAN MEDIA CO-OPERATIVE LTD., 1906 Park Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba, R7B 0R9, for authority to add the programming services of CITV-TV (IND) Edmonton, Alberta and CITY-TV (IND) Toronto, Ontario, on a discretionary tier of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Dauphin.

Application (199612073) by ELECTROHOME LIMITED, P.O. Box 5030, Station E, Edmonton, Alberta, T5P 4C2, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (television) programming undertaking CFRN-TV-6 Red Deer, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 24,000 to 22,000 watts.
The applicant also proposes to relocate its transmitter to a new site approximately 2 kilometers north-east of the current site and to increase the effective height of the transmitting antenna. As a consequence, there will be no significant change in the coverage area.

Applications (199612156, 199612164) by OKANAGAN RADIO LIMITED, 2419 Highway 97 North, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1X 4J2, to amend the broadcasting licences of the (radio) programming undertakings CICF Vernon, by deleting the transmitter CICF-FM-1 Nakusp; and CKKC Nelson, by changing the frequency of authorized CKKC retransmitter at Nakusp from 97.7 MHz to 103.1 MHz.
The proposed amendments will allow listeners in the area to receive programming from CKKC Nelson on the existing frequency of 103.1 MHz.
