APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENTS CONCERNING (RADIO) PROGRAMMING UNDERTAKING
Public Notice CRTC 1992-72, "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", dated 2 November 1992, announced that the Commission will be prepared to eliminate the requirement for radio stations to seek approval from the CRTC for the relocation of antenna sites and, in most cases, broadcast studios. Stations would still be required to gain approval for changes to their coverage area.
Further to this Public Notice, the Commission has received the following application to amend the licence:
Part I
a)    by deleting the following term of the licence concerning the antenna site location, as set out in the licensee's licence:
"... with the broadcasting transmitting antenna(s) located at a site(s) authorized by the Commission."
b)    by replacing the term of the licence concerning the contours and particulars contained in the approved application and the studio location, with the following condition of licence:
"It is a condition of licence that the undertaking be operated on the basis of the contours and particulars contained in the approved application, except as otherwise authorized by the Commission in writing."
Part II
-    by deleting the appropriate terms of licence and Promise of Performance commitments which are conditions of licences:
-    Weekly music list:
The minimum number of distinct musical selection, excluding repeats; and
-    Maximum Repeat Factor:
The maximum number of times of distinct musical selection is broadcast.

-    submit your original written intervention to the Secretary General of the Commission (CRTC, Ottawa, K1A 0N2);
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,
-    your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, with facts and grounds therefor. In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
-    a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
-    the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
