Application (199611041) by MARITIME BROADCASTING SYSTEM LIMITED, P.O. Box 400, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 2R2, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CHFX-FM Halifax, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 to 91,000 watts.

The applicant states that the reduction in radiated power is coupled with an increase in the effective height of the transmitting antenna. As a consequence, there will be no significant change in the coverage area.
