Further to Public Notice CRTC 1996-131 dated 26 September 1996, the Commission announces the following:

THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS CORRECTED AND THE CHANGES ARE UNDERLINED

Item 1

BRANDON, Manitoba
|
Application (199607470) by WESTMAN MEDIA CO-OPERATIVE LTD. to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Brandon, as follows:
|
- by deleting the condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio, WDIV (NBC) Detroit, Michigan, KGFE (PBS) Grand Forks and WDAZ-TV (ABC) Devils Lake, North Dakota, as part of the basic service; and
|
- by adding a condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WCCO-TV (CBS), KARE-TV (NBC) Minneapolis, Minnesota, WTVS (PBS) and WXYZ-TV (ABC) Detroit, Michigan received via satellite, as part of the basic service.

The Commission advises that in Decision CRTC 96-325 dated 7 August 1996 the signals of WTVS and WXYZ-TV Detroit, Michigan were incorrectly shown as authorized for distribution. (See Decision CRTC 96-325-1 for correction)
