Transfer of control
|
Consistent with the procedures outlined in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 dated 2 November 1992 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", the Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0097 dated 22 August 1996, a change in ownership of Tillsonburg Broadcasting Company Limited, licensee of radio programming undertakings CKOT and CKOT-FM Tillsonburg, that will result in John D. Lamers, Jr. increasing his ownership interest from 36.8% to 50.3%, thereby gaining effective control.
