Application (952688000) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CBCS-FM Sudbury, Ontario, by adding the authority to operate an FM transmitter at Haileybury, operating on a frequency of 102.3 MHz (channel 272A) with an effective radiated power of 780 watts.

Application (199604533) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (television) programming undertaking CBET Windsor by changing the facilities and decreasing the effective radiated power from 182,000 to 80,700 watts. The licensee states that it is necessary to relocate the existing broadcasting facility from downtown Windsor to co-site with its French-language (television) programming undertaking CBOFT, located near McGregor, Ontario.

The licensee states that, despite this change, coverage of CBET's signal will remain essentially the same.
