The Commission announces that it has approved by Letter of Authority A96-0091 dated 31 July 1996, the sale of 28.09% of the issued and outstanding shares of YTV Canada, Inc., licensee of the national youth specialty programming undertaking, from Atlantis Kids Broad-casting Inc., and 3.31% from certain employees, to Shaw Communications Inc. or its wholly-owned subsidiary. The share transfer will result in Shaw Communications Inc. beneficially owning all the voting securities of YTV Canada, Inc.
