Consistent with the procedures outlined in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 dated 2 November 1992 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", the Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0079 dated 27 June 1996, a change in the ownership of 3152464 Manitoba Ltd., operating as Celtic Communications, licensee of radio programming undertaking CKRC-FM Winnipeg, that will result in Standard Radio Inc. acquiring a 25% ownership interest in the licensee. The current shareholders, William Gorrie and Terry O'Rourke, will reduce their ownership interest from 50% to 37.5% each, resulting in the licensee going from a situation of negative control to a situation of no clear cut control.
