IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by BC TEL under Tariff Notice 3504 dated 1 August 1996, proposing revisions to the company's General Tariff Item 197-A, Wireless Access Service (previously called, Switched Access Types for Cellular Public Mobile Radio Systems), pertaining to the provision of trunk-side access and Common Channel Signalling #7 to Cellular Service Operators, Personal Communications Services Carriers and Specialized Mobile Radio/Enhanced Specialized Mobile Radio Service Operator.

WHEREAS on 16 and 17 August 1996 respectively, the Commission received comments from Microcell Telecommunications Inc. and Clearnet Communications Inc. -

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 3 September 1996 are approved on an interim basis.
