Telecom Order CRTC 96-899
IN THE MATTER OF applications from resellers of Centrex III Service (Centrex) requesting exemptions from the contribution charges specified in Competition in the Provision of Public Long Distance Voice Telephone Services and Related Resale and Sharing Issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 92-12, 12 June 1992 (Decision 92-12).
WHEREAS the Commission notes that Bell Canada (Bell) considers that these applications are acceptable; and
WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that the following applications meet the Commission's evidentiary requirements as set out in Decision 92-12 and Applications for Contribution Exemptions, Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, 1 April 1993 -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. City 2 City Inc.'s application of 16 May 1996 for single-hop circuits is granted advance approval with final approval subject to: (a) the provision within 14 days of this Order of a letter of registration with the Commission and Bell; and (b) the provision of a revised affidavit within 30 days of the proposed configuration being placed in service.

2. The application of P.A.V.E.L., a division of 2989557 Canada Inc., dated 6 May 1996 for certain single-hop circuits in Ste-Julienne and Montreal is approved effective the date of application, subject to the provision within 30 days of this Order of a revised affidavit listing the exchange NNX codes for the two Centrex systems and affirming that no interexchange private line services or local private line services, whether provided by Bell or any other supplier, are connected to the above referenced Centrex services, or to any telephone equipment which is connected to the above referenced Centrex services.

3. Distribution Pavel Inc.'s application of 6 May 1996 for single-hop circuits in Beauharnois is granted advance approval, with final approval subject to the provision within 30 days of the configuration being placed in service of a revised affidavit affirming that no interexchange private line services or local private line services, whether provided by Bell or any other supplier, are connected to the above referenced Centrex services, or to any telephone equipment which is connected to the above referenced Centrex services.
