Telecom Order CRTC 96-594
IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice 5762 dated 15 May 1996, for approval of a Special Facilities Tariff providing for a Customer Specific Toll-free Service.
WHEREAS Bell filed supporting information pursuant to Review of Regulatory Framework - Targeted Pricing, Anti-Competitive Pricing and Imputation Test for Telephone Company Toll Filings, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-13, 13 July 1994 (Decision 94-13) and Review of Regulatory Framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994 (Decision 94-19); and
WHEREAS the Commission considers that Tariff Notice 5762 complies with the requirements of Decisions 94-13 and 94-19 -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Tariff Notice 5762 is granted interim approval conditional on the company informing the Commission that the customer has selected Bell as a carrier. Bell is to advise the Commission of the outcome of the selection process as soon as possible. If Bell is selected, the company is directed to provide an abridged version of the application for the public record in all relevant Public Examination rooms within 2 business days of the above notification.
