IN THE MATTER OF ex parte applications by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notices 534 and 534A dated 29 March 1996 and 16 April 1996 respectively, for approval of revisions pertaining to its Cellular Telephone Service.

IN THE MATTER OF an application by Northern Telephone Limited dated 25 January 1996, for approval of depreciation life characteristics.

WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the depreciation life characteristics contained in the attached Table; and
|
|
WHEREAS the Commission finds these depreciation life characteristics are in conformance with the Commission's Phase I directives on depreciation -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
