Telecom Order CRTC 96-284
IN THE MATTER OF applications from resellers of Centrex III Service (Centrex) requesting exemptions from the contribution charges specified in Competition in the Provision of Public Long Distance Voice Telephone Services and Related Resale and Sharing Issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 92-12, 12 June 1992 (Decision 92-12).
 WHEREAS the Commission notes that Bell Canada considers that these applications are acceptable; and
 WHEREAS the Commission is of the view that the following applications meet the Commission's evidentiary requirements as set out in Decision 92-12 and Applications for Contribution Exemptions, Telecom Decision CRTC 93-2, 1 April 1993 -
 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
 The following applications are approved effective the dates shown:
1.  Maidens Communications
 (21 December 1995).
2.  2949-7164 Québec Inc. (operating as Télécommunications Interville) (15 November 1995).
