IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 393 dated 6 December 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL and Bell Canada, for approval of tariff revisions to Advantage Toll-free Service Messaging Option Promotion.

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 6 January 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
