IN THE MATTER OF an application by the Société d'administration des tarifs d'accès des Télécommunicateurs (SATAT), filed on behalf of its participating member companies under Tariff Notice 1 dated 8 October 1996, for final approval of tariffs reflecting its 1995 Carrier Access Tariff (CAT) and interim approval of tariffs reflecting its 1996 CATand

WHEREAS this application is filed pursuant to Regulatory Framework for the Independent Telephone Companies in Quebec and Ontario (Except Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, Québec-Téléphone and Télébec ltée) Telecom Decision CRTC 96-6, 7 August 1996, as modified by an ERRATA dated 17 September 1996.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
|

1. The proposed tariff revisions submitted by SATAT under Tariff Notice 1 as they pertain to the 1995 CAT are approved on a final basis.
|
|
2. The proposed tariff revisions submitted by SATAT under Tariff Notice 1 as they pertain to the 1996 CAT are granted interim approval.
