IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 598 dated 16 December 1996 for approval of revisions pertaining to its Cellular Telephone Service.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

|
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 23 December 1996 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
