IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS) under Tariff Notice 239 dated 13 December 1996, for approval of proposed tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1700, Public Telephone Service and to Item 1710, Semi-Public Telephone Service, permitting customers to pay for calls using MTS issued or authorized prepaid cash cards.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions, to become effective on the dates set out in the application, are approved on an interim basis.
