IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application by The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited under Tariff Notice 597 dated 11 December 1996, proposing to extend its Cellular Telephone Service Christmas Promotion.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 2 January 1997 are given interim approval. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
