IN THE MATTER OF an application by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. under Tariff Notice 374 dated 8 November 1996, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor owners, for approval of tariff revisions providing revised rating structure for HELLO! Phone Pass.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 January 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
