IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice 5759 dated 10 May 1996, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 292, introducing Inmate Service.

WHEREAS by letter dated 25 June 1996, the Commission requested further information to the company and Bell replied by letter dated 25 July 1996; and

WHEREAS the Commission received no commentswith respect to this application -

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
