Decision

Ottawa, 27 November 1996
Decision CRTC 96-770
Transvision Plus inc.
Granby and Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, Quebec - 199611083
Extension of construction deadline
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-139 dated 17 October 1996, the Commission approves the application by Transvision Plus inc. to extend to 1 February 1997 the construction and implementation deadline for an area located north of Granby, including the Municipality of Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, which represents an extension of the cable distribution undertaking serving Granby.
The Commission puts the licensee on notice that should it be unable to complete construction and provide service to those communities by 1 February 1997, the Commission may not be prepared to grant a further extension and might reassess how these communities are to be served.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
Allan J. Darling
