Extension of construction deadline
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-128 dated 23 September 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Ferland by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 15 August 1997.
|
|
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
