New radiocommunication distribution undertaking
|
Following a Public Hearing in Vancouver beginning on 23 September 1996, the Commission approves the application for a broadcasting licence to carry on a radiocommunication distribution undertaking consisting of four low-power television transmitters to serve Loon Lake.

The Commission will issue a licence expiring 31 August 2003, which will be subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

This undertaking will distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the programming services of:

CFJC-TV-4 Clinton, British Columbia/(Colombie-Britannique) CBC Northern Television Service/ Le Service de télévision du Nord de la SRC CHTS-TV-1 Clinton |
The licensee is authorized to distribute these services on channels 8 and 12, with a transmitter power of 2 watts and channels 7 and 10, with a transmitter power of 10 watts, as certified by the Department of Industry.
