|
Regional Cable TV (Atlantic) Inc. has requested the revocation of its licences for the cable distribution undertakings serving Old Bonaventure/New Bonaventure and Phillips Head.
|
|
In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Regional Cable TV (Atlantic) Inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings.
