Decision

Ottawa, 29 October 1996
Decision CRTC 96-725
Radio Communautaire de la Rive-Sud inc.
Longueuil, Quebec - 199607751
Decrease in power for CHAA-FM
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-124 dated 4 September 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CHAA-FM Longueuil by decreasing the effective radiated power from 156 watts to 104 watts.
The Commission notes that this change, which is due to antenna replacement, will not result in any significant change to the service contours as presently authorized.
The Commission hereby authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned change.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
