Extension of construction deadline
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-106 dated 31 July 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking authorized to serve the surrounding area of Notre-Dame-du-Nord by deleting the existing condition of licence relating to the construction and operation of the undertaking and substituting therefor:

It is a condition of licence that construction of the undertaking be completed and that it be in operation on or before 17 November 1996.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
