Licence amendment
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-50 dated 2 April 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Regina, by deleting the condition of licence authorizing the distribution of WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio, and by adding a condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at the licensee's option, of WCCO-TV (CBS) Minneapolis, Minnesota, as part of the basic service.

The Commission acknowledges the opposing interventions filed with respect to this application and is satisfied with the licensee's reply thereto.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
