Licence amendment
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-101 dated 15 July 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Endako and area, by deleting the distribution of the programming services of YTV Canada, Inc. and WXYZ-TV Detroit, Michigan, and by adding transmitters for the distribution of additional television and radio programming services.

The licensee is therefore authorized to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the following programming services:

The licensee is authorized to distribute the television services on channels 29, 31, 39 and 44, each with a transmitter power of 100 watts, and channel 3 with a transmitter power of 50 watts, and the radio services on frequencies 99.9 MHz and 100.9 MHz , each with an effective radiated power of 26 watts, and the frequency 104.3 MHz, with an effective radiated power of 23 watts.
