Deletion of condition of licence
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1995-212 dated 13 December 1995, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Star City and surrounding area, by deleting the condition of licence prohibiting the licensee from soliciting or accepting a subscription from, or making available decoding equipment for use by, any person resident within the authorized service area of any cable distribution undertaking, or within the approved service contours of any other subscription-based broadcasting undertaking.
