Decision

Ottawa, 13 August 1996
Decision CRTC 96-388
Radio Cape Breton Limited
Sydney, Nova Scotia
Administrative renewal
For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CHER Sydney from 1 October 1996 to 30 June 1997, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
The Commission notes that the licensee was judged bankrupt, effective 9 August 1994. If an application for the transfer of the assets of this undertaking is not received by 25 October 1997, the Commission may not renew this licence further.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.

Allan J. Darling
Secretary General
