For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CKTL Plessisville from 1 September 1996 to 28 February 1997, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

This term will enable the licensee to implement the authority granted in Decision CRTC 95-697 dated 29 September 1995.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
