Revocation of licences
|
Télécâble Provincial inc. has requested the revocation of its licences for the cable distribution undertakings authorized to serve Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot and Saint-Hugues.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Télécâble Provincial inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings.

The Commission notes that it has approved by Letter of Authority A96-0075 dated 18 June 1996 a request by Câblodistribution Montérégie to change the licensed area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Massueville by including those localities.
