Licence renewal
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-25 dated 20 February 1996, the Commission renews the licence held by Native Communication Inc., for the cable distribution undertaking serving Nelson House, from 1 September 1996 to 31 August 2003.
The operation of this undertaking is regulated pursuant to Parts I, III and IV of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 (the regulations) and the licence will be subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.
It is a condition of licence that the licensee be relieved of the requirement of section 4 of the regulations to own and operate amplifiers and the outside wiring portion of the subscriber drops.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
