Licence amendment
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-61 dated 2 May 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence of the cable distribution undertaking serving Trois-Pistoles, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the regional service of CIVB-TV (SRTQ) Rimouski, due to the poor reception quality of this signal. The licensee will distribute instead CIVB-TV-1 (SRTQ) Grand-Fonds, an extra-regional station which offers the same programming.
