Decision

Ottawa, 21 June 1996
Decision CRTC 96-245
Lorenzo Roy, doing business under the style of "Société-Télévision Ste-Marthe enrg."
La Martre, Quebec - 199604210
Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-61 dated 2 May 1996, the Commission approves the application by Lorenzo Roy, doing business under the style of "Société-Télévision Ste-Marthe enrg.", with respect to section 23 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 (the regulations). Accordingly, it is a condition of licence that the licensee be relieved of the requirement that it distribute at least four television programming services as provided for in section 23 of the regulations, so long as it does not distribute any U.S. television service or only those which may subsequently be authorized by the Commission.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
