Licence amendment for CKPE-FM
|
In Public Notice CRTC 1993-38 dated 19 April 1993 and entitled "Policies for Local Programming on Commercial Radio Stations and Advertising on Campus Stations", the Commission announced that it would be prepared to consider applications from commercial FM stations to amend their Promises of Performance in order to delete their commitments to minimum levels of news and spoken word programming and maximum amounts of advertising.

Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-43 dated 25 March 1996, the Commission approves the application by Celtic Broadcasting Limited to amend the Promise of Performance of CKPE-FM Sydney, by deleting the conditions of licence related to the requirements in question.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
