Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-44 dated 25 March 1996, the Commission approves the application to change the licensed area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Saint-Hilarion, by including an area located southwest and an area located Decision CRTC 96-164 - Décision CRTC 96-164northeast of Saint-Hilarion, for a total of 25 additional households.

The Commission reminds the licensee that the licensed service area of a cable distribution undertaking shall not be altered without the prior approval of the Commission.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
