|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-44 dated 25 March 1996, the Commission approves, by condition of licence, the licensee's request to be relieved from the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(a) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986, that it distribute the local service of CBGAT-11 (CBC) Sainte-Anne-des-Monts.

The Commission notes that the licensee distributes CBGAT-23 (CBC) Les Méchins, another local signal which is also a transmitter of CBGAT (CBC) Matane and which offers identical programming.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
