Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-29 dated 23 February 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Red Harbour, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 that it distribute the programming service of regional station CJMA-TV Marystown.
