Licence amendment
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-29 dated 23 February 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Little St. Lawrence, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of paragraph 22(1)(a) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 that it distribute the programming service of local station CBNT-3 Marystown. The Commission notes that the licensee will distribute only one local CBC signal, CBNT-28 St. Lawrence.
