Licence amendment
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-29 dated 23 February 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Belleoram by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of paragraphs 22(1)(a) and 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 That it distribute the programming services of local station CBNT-23 Belleoram, and regional station CJOX-TV-1 Grand Bank. The Commission notes that the licensee will distribute only one local CBC signal, CBNT-3 Marystown. In addition, the licensee is authorized to distribute the signal of CJON-TV St. John's, received via satellite.
