Deletion of condition of licence
|
|
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-32 dated 8 March 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Tracadie and surrounding areas, by deleting the condition of licence prohibiting the licensee from soliciting or accepting a subscription from, or making available decoding equipment for use by, any person resident within the authorized service area of any cable distribution undertaking, or within the approved service contours of any other subscription-based broadcasting undertaking.
