Licence amendment for CFGO
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-26 dated 22 February 1996, the Commission approves the application for authority to relocate the transmitter of CFGO Ottawa to a site approximately 7.5 kilometres southwest of the existing site.
The licensee states that this change should eliminate interference caused by the existing transmitter facility within the Barrhaven community of the City of Nepean. The Commission notes that there will be no significant change in the service contours as presently authorized.
The Commission hereby authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned change.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
