 Licence amendment
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-16 dated 24 January 1996, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving part of Winnipeg, as follows:
-  by deleting the condition of licence authorizing the distribution of WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio and WDIV (NBC) Detroit, Michigan; and
-  by adding a condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at the licensee's option, of WCCO-TV (CBS) and KARE-TV (NBC) Minneapolis, Minnesota, as part of the basic service.
The Commission acknowledges the intervention submitted regarding this application and is satisfied with the licensee's reply thereto.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
